01Use & license
Clean Duo offers photo organization, media compression and Live Photo creation, contacts and calendar management, Gmail organization, and private storage on personal devices. Only manage content you own or are authorized to manage. Follow applicable law and do not infringe others’ rights or interfere with normal operation.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. App distribution and use are also subject to Apple’s standard license terms. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
02Your content, choices & backups
Your photos, videos and contacts remain yours. Similarity detection, suggested selections and estimated savings are aids, not guarantees of accuracy. Review content and selections before deletion, merging, compression or conversion.
Compression may affect quality; converting Live Photos removes motion and sound. System deletion, syncing and recovery rules are determined by iOS and your account services. Keep independent backups of important content; Private Space is not a substitute for backup. Video-to-Live-Photo creation saves a new item and keeps the source video; it is not a storage-saving promise.
03Free access & auto-renewing subscriptions
Some features have daily free allowances, with the applicable limits shown in the app. PRO removes applicable limits through an annual or weekly auto-renewing subscription. Before purchase, the app and Apple confirmation screen show the price, billing period and any trial conditions.
Payments are handled through your Apple Account. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew under the rules shown at purchase. Trials are available only to accounts eligible under Apple’s rules. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not stop renewal. Restore available access using Restore Purchases. Apple handles refunds under its process and applicable rules.
04Mail authorization & actions
Mail tools apply only to Gmail accounts you are authorized to manage and require Google permission and a network connection. Check categories, filters and selected messages; archived mail may be included. Cleanup moves messages to Gmail Trash, where recovery and permanent deletion follow Google’s rules.
Initiating an unsubscribe authorizes the app to send an unsubscribe request or email using information provided by the sender. You complete any required webpage steps. Results depend on the sender and do not guarantee an immediate end to messages. Signing out or revoking access does not reverse completed actions.
05Third-party services & availability
Apple Photos, iCloud, Contacts, Calendar, the App Store, Google sign-in, Gmail and websites opened in the browser have their own conditions. Clean Duo does not control their availability or third-party web content.
We may fix, update or adjust features. Compatibility and performance depend on your device, system version, available storage and permissions. We do not promise a particular amount of cleanup, compression ratio or uninterrupted operation.
06Responsibility & statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided as available. Take care with irreversible deletion and replacement, and follow app and system prompts.
These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Other purchase rights follow Apple’s rules and applicable law.
